The only 1.09b patch notes I can find are these and these (and neither differentiates between 1.09a and 1.09b for non-bnet users). shift+v seems to display some kind of subversion number. install the 1.09C patch (1.09B was already installed). So here we have different outputs for 1.09 and 1.09b. I am too lazy to reinstall HF 1.00, sorry.
